Samrajni respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through samrajni.in, how we use it, and the choices available to you. It applies to website visits, orders, made-to-order and bespoke commissions, newsletter subscriptions and customer care conversations.

When you place an order, enquire about a commission or subscribe to our newsletter, we may collect: your name; email address; phone number (including WhatsApp); shipping and billing address; measurements you choose to share for custom sizing or bespoke work; and order history and preferences.

We also collect basic technical information such as browser type, device and pages visited, used to keep the website working well and to understand how it is used.

We use your information to process and deliver your orders; to correspond with you about orders, sizing, commissions and care; to provide customer support through WhatsApp, Instagram and email; and — only if you subscribe — to send occasional updates about new collections and stories from the House. Every newsletter includes a way to unsubscribe.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS-compliant payment provider (Razorpay). Your full payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are never stored on Samrajni's systems. We retain only the information needed to identify your order and receipt.

We share personal information only with the service providers needed to run the House: our website and hosting platform, our payment processor, and delivery partners. Each receives only what is necessary to perform its role, and we expect them to protect that information with equivalent care.

Measurements, fit notes and design preferences you share for custom sizing or bespoke commissions are kept confidential, used only to create and refine your piece, and retained so future commissions can build on your profile. You may ask us to update or remove these details at any time.

The website uses essential cookies to keep your session, cart and sign-in working, and simple analytics to understand which pages are visited. You can disable cookies in your browser; essential functions such as checkout may then be limited.

Order and transaction records are kept as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. Newsletter and enquiry details are kept until you ask us to remove them.

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent for our communications, by writing to us. We respond to every reasonable request.

Your information is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is restricted to the Samrajni team and the providers described above. While no system can be guaranteed completely secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

The House does not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has shared personal information with us, please contact us and we will remove it.

If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page. Significant changes will be noted on the website.
